Emanating a suave aroma recalling elderflower and white peach. The palate is struck by the contrast between the creamy balance of the perlage and the “swiping” freshness, leaving a keen balsamic aftertaste. Monte Rossa’s “non dosato” is made up mostly of Chardonnay with a spritz of Pinot Nero.
44% barrel fermented, aged 24 months on the lees. Blended with 12% reserve wines.
